My name is Mostafa Lotfi, and I am currently a PhD student whose research focuses on how human–AI collaboration can be intentionally designed to support a sustainable future of work. My doctoral work explores how AI integration impacts team productivity, skill retention, and employee well-being, with the goal of providing organizations with actionable frameworks for fostering human-centered collaboration with AI. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA, and a master’s degree in Advanced Research in Management Information Systems from the University of Grenoble, where my thesis examined how developers with varying skill levels interact with and utilize generative AI in programming. Additionally, I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and hold the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification. With over 13 years of professional experience in project management within the IT and software development sectors, I have honed my skills in overseeing complex projects and leading diverse teams to success. Beyond professional practice, I have conducted research on organizational health, resulting in the development of a model called Salvation, designed to evaluate organizational well-being and readiness for process improvement. I am also passionate about professional education and have designed practical methods and curricula to effectively train and prepare project managers.
